Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods (if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together),

on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good (if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, AMF‑Bruns Freizeitmobile GmbH & Co. KG, Hauptstraße 101, D‑26689 Apen, telephone: +49 (0) 44 89 – 72 72 60, email: info@amf-bruns-freizeitmobile.de, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods to us, AMF‑Bruns Freizeitmobile GmbH & Co. KG, Hauptstraße 101, D‑26689 Apen, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned by normal postal service (e.g. freight goods such as Smartfloor floors or heavy seat belt mounts), the costs will amount to a maximum of approximately €165.00 within Germany and €225.00 outside Germany. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Special Notes

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. custom-made products or individual vehicle modifications).

Please return goods that can be sent by parcel service, where possible, as a sufficiently prepaid package. For large or heavy items (freight goods), please coordinate the return transport with us in advance.

Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods wherever possible. If possible, please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that suitable packaging is used to provide adequate protection against transport damage.

The above Special Notes are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal.
