Bulky goods and items heavier than 36kg are excluded, in which case shipping costs are usually incurred. The shipping costs are processed and calculated individually according to the request.

• The shipping costs for shipping to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Denmark, Italy and the Czech Republic are shown in the shopping cart according to their weight.
• The shipping costs for goods weighing 31.5 kg or more are based on the fees due in the respective country. They are delivered by a forwarding agent and processed and calculated individually according to the request.

• Delivery times are 3-5 working days on average. However, we will inform you after your order when exactly you can expect to receive the products. Otherwise you can of course contact us at any time!
