This is a hard foam panel that has been perfectly designed for installation in camper vans. Separate insulation on the floor is no longer necessary.
More luggage, less fuel consumption
“Overall, the Smartfloor Revolution saves around 30 percent in weight compared to a conventional Smartfloor,” explains Tammo Haake. “Of course, this also has an impact on fuel consumption. Weight also plays a major role in e-mobility. However, it is much more important that customers can make use of these savings and take more luggage with them, as the weight limit is an important issue for most campers.”

If you also like to be out and about in winter, you can look forward to the optimum insulation of the Smartfloor Revolution. This is because it has an extremely low thermal conductivity of just 0.034 lambda. The lower this value, the less heat escapes. In comparison, aluminum, for example, has a high thermal conductivity of 160 lambda. Similarly, it also has a high level of sound insulation.
Fast and precise installation
Another advantage of the Smartfloor Revolution is the short installation time. You can also determine the rail position down to the millimeter and freely select the number of rails. “With the new system floor, we guarantee that the rails run one hundred percent parallel. The worry of seats or built-in elements jamming in them is now a thing of the past,” explains Tammo Haake. “In order to offer maximum quality, we have also equipped the Smartfloor Revolution with improved anodized aluminium rails.”
Training for our commercial customers
On request, we can install the Smartfloor Revolution in your van – or you can do it yourself. We have also created the ideal conditions for this: Commercial customers receive training on how to install the Smartfloor in a vehicle and can therefore also install the floors themselves. In this case, the finished Smartfloor Revolution is delivered and then only needs to be glued into the vehicle. “This process minimizes the effort for customers many times over and makes the work much easier,” says Tammo Haake.
